We will be talking about my spiritual journey and particularly my journey away from and back to the Catholic Faith. The Catholic Music Express is a 60-minute podcast which plays Contemporary Catholic music and has other inspirational features. Jim O'Meara is the host of this show and includes interviews with musical artists. Margo was interviewed on the May 23, 2010 show. The link to the program is on my INTERVIEWS page.

St. Ursula Church, Parkville, is having its first May Crowning after the 10:30 AM Mass this Pentecost Sunday, May 23, 2010.

What's unusual about this May Crowning is that it is the first time St. Ursula will crown the new 9' high outdoor Our Lady of Grace statue, which was recently turned to face the busy Harford Road. Facing Harford Road, passers-by are warmly beckoned to enter into Her loving care.

Kelly Williams, an 8th grade student at St. Ursula School will crown the new 5'4" tall carrera marble statue which sits on a granite base. Parishioners will don this base with an array of fresh flowers as all sing some favorite Marian hymns led by the local talented Catholic vocalists and guitarists Margo B. Smith, and Bernie Antkowiak. Please join us for this wonderful event honoring Our Lady during her month of May.

This beautiful outdoor hand carved statue of Our Lady of Grace, gifted by anonymous donors, was imported from Italy, and arrived at St. Ursula on December 23, 2009 and was recently blessed by Bishop Madden.

On April 18th at 2:00pm at St. Thomas More Church, singers/songwriters Margo B. Smith and Bernie Antkowiak, will be giving a concert to celebrate the church's 50th Anniversary year. The concert is free to the public.

Three of Margo's songs from the "Sending Up A Prayer" CD have been selected to be played on ChristianMixInet.net station.

Starting today, there is a new webcast called All For Jesus. A couple of my songs have been included in the Dec.1st webcast. This is an inspirational webcast to help listeners deepen their relationship with God and be moved to show their love for God in their love for others.

There is a special Thanksgiving Edition of the Catholic Music Express which features information about Thanksgiving, traditions we celebrate, interviews with musicians and music. The song "Thank You, Lord" which I wrote from an outpouring of gratitude to our good and gracious Lord, is also included on the program. You can listen to the program through this link.

Talented musician and recording artist, Matthew Di Filippo, produces a 1/2 hour program called "Behind the Artist - A Close up of Catholic Music" which is aired on KACB radio, 96.9 FM in Bryan Texas. On October 16th, Matthew featured my music ministry on his program. Thank you, Matt!

On THIS IS THE DAY program, OCTOBER 13, 2009 at 10:30 am Eastern Standard Time, Margo will be giving a live interview. Father Robert Reed and Jay Fadden host this half-hour talk show with Kevin Nelson. It can be viewed on CatholicTV.com, nationally on Sky Angel IPTV and cable in New England on Comcast, Verizon, RCN & Full Channel.

The song I wrote, "Your Will, Lord" which expresses a desire to say "yes" to God and to do His will, has been added to the Catholic Music Express for the week of Aug. 30th.

Women Of The Bible: The Good Girls and the Bad Girls is an award-winning play, written and performed by Linda Gray Kelley.
Margo's song "With Living Water" was included in Scene 20: The Samaritan Woman At The Well.

Just recently Videos for Life created a video for the song "Precious Unborn Child" which can be viewed on my Bio/Video page.

"Precious Unborn Child" was added to the Catholic Music Express program for the week of March 1st.

Precious Unborn Child, a song I wrote that reflects on the gift of life within a mother's womb, has been chosen to be included in a Top 10 Pro-Life Songs (2008) Itunes list created by Nick Alexander and posted on the Top Catholic Songs Web site.

Margo's song "I'll Stay Near" was included on "The Souls In Purgatory" podcast for the week of Dec. 14th.

Lisa Hendey from CatholicMom.com interviewed Margo in Episode #75 on Catholic Moments Podcast.

Margo B. Smith's CD, "Sending Up A Prayer" is now available at Heart Beat Records.

Margo's CD, Sending Up A Prayer, is a finalist in the Praise and Worship category for the Unity Awards and her song, Spending Time Adoring You, is a finalist for the Praise and Worship song of the year.

"ALLELUIA" from the SENDING UP A PRAYER CD has been selected to be added to Praise Radio's playlist which can be heard on Live365.com.
